Closing Your Account

To permanently close your Moonbots account, the account owner must submit a request through the contact form.

⚠️ Please be aware that closing your account will:

1. Remove the account owner and all associated information
2. Remove all bots added to the account
3. Remove all managers from the account
4. Remove any credits on your bots and any wallet balance
5. Credits and wallet balances are not refundable upon account closure

If you choose to return in the future, you will need to create a new account and re-add your bots and managers from scratch.

Important Reminders

For security reasons, all account change requests (including bot removal, transfers, and account closure) can only be accepted from the account owner. We are unable to process requests from anyone else, and we cannot accept them via Discord or Facebook.
